• Share login credentials or downloads with others;

• Use our materials for commercial purposes or training others outside of personal use.

Digital products are for individual personal use only.

By submitting content in community forums, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content within our Services. We reserve the right to remove any content that is abusive, unlawful, misleading, or otherwise violates our community guidelines.

All digital products, including but not limited to reference cards, match record sheets, and training tools, are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you will receive access to download the product via email or direct website link.

It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout.
If you do not receive your download link within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at Support@therefereecircle.com.

Digital products are considered “delivered” once the download link has been sent or made available. We do not ship physical products unless otherwise stated.

All purchases, including digital downloads and subscriptions, are processed via third-party payment platforms (e.g., Stripe). All prices are listed in USD. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in writing.
